Vigilant Health was founded by health care industry veteran Austin Triggs and Marshall Bouldin, a Vicksburg, MS based physician and Rhodes Scholar to commercialize an innovative treatment model for diabetes and other chronic diseases developed by Bouldin through 5 years of NIH grant funded work with Type 2 diabetics in the Mississippi Delta. Vigilant's services combine an innovative clinical model with state-of-the-art predictive software for population health management. Vigilant has a remarkable record of outstanding clinical and financial results in its initial customer installations.
